By making payment to Rainmakerz Pte Ltd, hereby known as "Rainmakerz", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions:

 • Acceptance of Terms: By indicating your consent and completing the payment for Rainmakerz membership, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

 • Amendment of Terms: Rainmakerz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior approval from its members. Unless a specific effective date is provided, all amendments take effect upon being posted on the Rainmakerz online portal. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

 • Membership Tiers and Fees:

 • Two-Year Membership: A two-year membership is available for a fee of $1,800.

 • Lifetime Membership: A lifetime membership is available for a fee of $2,500.

 • Commencement of Membership: Membership begins on the date your payment is received and approved.

 • Termination by Rainmakerz: Rainmakerz reserves the right to reject, cancel, deactivate, disable, terminate, or suspend any membership application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

 • Termination by Member: Members may terminate their membership by providing one day’s written notice. However, no refunds will be issued upon termination.

 • Modification: Rainmakerz reserves the right to discontinue, disable, suspend, modify, or alter any aspect, feature, or policy of the Rainmakerz website.

Members are expected to act with dignity and integrity. Defamatory or disparaging behavior is prohibited. Rainmakerz is not liable for disputes, fraudulent dealings, or illegal conduct among members. Members engaging in illegal activities or causing liabilities agree to indemnify Rainmakerz for all resulting costs, losses, damages, and liabilities.

By submitting an application, you consent to receive communications from Rainmakerz and grant permission for Rainmakerz to collect, use, disclose, store, or transfer your personal data (including but not limited to your mailing address, email, phone number, nationality, gender, photographs, and videos) for marketing purposes. You consent to be part of the WhatsApp Group Chats managed by Rainmakerz whereby your mobile number will be made available to the rest of the members.  • Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Rainmakerz, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and proprietary information, remain the exclusive property of Rainmakerz. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to their membership.

 • Restrictions: Members shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any of Rainmakerz’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

 • No Warranty: Rainmakerz provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

 • Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainmakerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your membership or use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rainmakerz, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

 • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your membership shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations do not resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Members may have access to confidential information belonging to Rainmakerz. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use any confidential information for any purpose other than as authorized by Rainmakerz.

Rainmakerz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental actions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These terms and any applicable additional terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainmakerz, superseding any prior representations or agreements.

You confirm that you have understood these terms and have sought independent legal advice as needed. If you have not done so, you waive the right to seek such advice.
